It seems reasonable to assume that our own personal beliefs and attitudes play a large role in the way we deliver instruction. In fact, it would be naive to think otherwise.
It seems inevitable that each of us has our own set of prejudice whether we like to face that reality or not. Those who are willing to face it, however, seem more likely to find ways of unwinding these hardwired attributes we learn through our daily influence.
It is not the knowledge of our prejudices that become an obstacle, however, it is the lack of knowledge that really anchor this blockade. So how do we become knowledgeable about what we don't know?
